osatsu Nordic Walking will be held again this year.
By using poles, you use 90% of your whole body, so
From core training (strengthening physical strength),
It is a full-body exercise that can be used for body makeover (diet and beauty). Calorie consumption is approximately 400 kcal in 1 hour,
It's about 40% faster than normal walking!

[Course features]
・About 70% of the course walks along the coast.
・It's the number one Ama town in Japan, so if you're lucky, you might be able to see Ama fishing and talk to them.
・We will also stop by Ishigami-san can make one of a woman's wishes come true.
・We will also visit the legendary sacred place Kujirasaki.
・After walking, please enjoy osatsu lunch near Ishigami-san san. (At your own discretion)
・Those who are experiencing it for the first time are also welcome to participate.
