The new coronavirus (COVID-19) is raging. At our hotel, Aozora no Kaze, we are reviewing our in-house facilities and operations and conducting thorough management in order to minimize the risk of infection to our customers and staff, with the motto of ``Do not transfer, do not receive.''

《Basic measures to avoid the 3Cs》

According to the definition of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Building Environmental Sanitation Management Standards, this refers to a CO2 concentration of 1,000 ppm or more. At Aozora no Kaze, we regularly measure public spaces such as the healing lobby AZUL, dining area, and changing rooms in the public bath using a CO2 concentration meter, and ventilate the spaces to prevent them from becoming airtight spaces.

Maintaining a distance of 2 meters from other people requires a minimum space of 4 square meters per person. Aozora no Kaze calculates the allowable number of people in each space and makes sure that the density does not exceed that. It can also be used with partitions, etc.

We will try to maintain a distance of 2M from our customers. We will also use partitions and wear white gloves for formal wear.

《Infection control measures inside the facility》
1. Meals will be served in a private dining room or in your room.
2. We will thoroughly ventilate the lobby and dining area using a CO2 concentration meter.
3. Free use of the private open-air bath "Tenku no Yu" once for 30 minutes.
4. We will take infection risk measures at each facility and operation.

5. Disinfectants will be installed at the entrance, front desk, public washroom, and each dining room.
6. Spraying “hypochlorous acid aqueous solution” in the lobby
7. Regularly disinfect doorknobs, elevators, public restrooms, etc.
8. Staff will also thoroughly wash their hands, gargle, disinfect, and wear masks.
9. When cleaning the room, disinfect the parts that come in contact with the room and use a CO2 concentration meter to ensure proper ventilation.
10.We will not ride with you in the elevator.

=Details of infection control measures by customer behavior=
C/IN
・An acrylic partition will be installed at the counter.
・If the lobby is crowded, you may be asked to wait in your car.
・To prevent crowding in the lobby, we will not serve tea in the lobby. Available in your room.
・We will simplify the C/IN procedure as much as possible so that it can be completed in a short time.
・In order to avoid the 3Cs in EVs, we will only guide you to the 1st floor. (Large packages will be delivered later)
- Pens will be disinfected after each use.
・Wear formal white gloves.
The room
・During cleaning, doorknobs, handrails, sinks, restrooms, tables, sliding door handles, closets, and various remote controls will be disinfected.
- Thoroughly ventilate the room using a CO2 concentration meter.
・Depending on the weather and temperature, we will leave the windows open when customers enter the room.
Bathing
・The private open-air bath ``Tenku no Yu'' will be free of charge, allowing guests to bathe for free for 30 minutes at a time.
・Windows will be opened in both the bath and changing rooms for ventilation.
・Leave one undressing basket open.
・The sauna will be canceled due to the 3 nectar space. Thank you for your understanding.
Meal
・Meals will be served in a private dining room or in your room.
・We will be considerate when serving and preparing meals.
C/OUT
・Receiving keys and cash will be done through a tray.
・Please insert and remove the card yourself.
・The key itself will also be disinfected.

・Please use the elevator in groups of one at a time or use the health stairs.
