Enjoy gourmet food made with ingredients from Shima.
In Spanish, "Fiesta" means "festival" and "Gastronomia" means "gastronomic cuisine." As the name suggests, the venue will offer a large pot of paella for sale in an exotic plaza, as well as a variety of dishes using Shima's specialties and locally caught "underutilized fish."
"Underutilized fish" are fish that are often discarded without being eaten, despite being delicious, because they are not well known, are not widely available, or the cooking method is unknown or difficult. In order to reduce food waste and make more effective use of limited marine resources, ShimaSpainVillage Village has devised a menu using "underutilized fish" caught in the local sea.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy the abundant ingredients grown in the naturally rich Ise-Shima region.
