[Choshi River SUP Yoga Experience]

Guided tours and lectures included * Recommended for women on rivers and lakes

Experience SUP yoga on the Choshi River, one of the clearest rivers in Japan!

Yoga on a board can be unstable and you might fall off, but you can refresh yourself with yoga while enjoying the beauty of the Choshi River!
Even if you are new to yoga or SUP you can join us!

In case of rain or high water, we will hold yoga classes using SUPs in a covered venue.
Enjoy meditation SUP yoga (Air SUP) with the sound of rain in the background.

The instructor is Yumiko Okawa of "Yoga & Meditation Emi," who is also a yoga instructor and meditation instructor.

7 people per session (first come, first served)

📍What to bring

Aqua shoes, towel, swimsuit, clothes that can get wet, drinks, (sunglasses, hat, etc.)

📍Notes

・Registration begins 30 minutes before at the Center House

・Cancellation on the day or the day before will incur a 30% fee.

・If you are not participating in the experience and would like to stay at the campsite, you will need to pay a separate fee.
