Experience SUP yoga on the Choshi River, one of the clearest rivers in Japan!
Yoga on a board can be unstable and you might fall off, but you can refresh yourself with yoga while enjoying the beauty of the Choshi River!Even if you are new to yoga or SUP you can join us!
In case of rain or high water, we will hold yoga classes using SUPs in a covered venue.
Enjoy meditation SUP yoga (Air SUP) with the sound of rain in the background.
The instructor is Yumiko Okawa of "Yoga & Meditation Emi," who is also a yoga instructor and meditation instructor.
