Date: Kanka Festival in Tomita Isshiki The 19 towns in the town are divided into three groups, North, Central, and South, and compete to parade into the shrine while shouting out loud with a 1m diameter, 100kg weight gong and a 1.6m long drum. Wednesday, August 14, 2024 Town Parade: 8:30-16:00 (Do not enter the shrine) Thursday, August 15 Main Parade: Nakamachi 13:00-, Sakaimachi 14:00-, Toyotomimachi 15:00-, Each Town Shrine Visit: 18:30- *We recommend viewing the main parade on Thursday, August 15. Schedule may change.

It is a heroic festival in which the 19 towns in the town are divided into three groups, North, Central, and South, and compete to perform at the shrine carrying gongs measuring 1 meter in diameter and weighing 100 kg and drums 1 meter in length and 60 cm in diameter.
The main training will begin at 13:00 on the 15th, so please watch in front of Asuka Shrine.

The 19 towns in the town are divided into three groups (North, Central, and South), and they race to the shrine with energetic shouts and bang a gong with a diameter of 1 meter and a weight of 100 kg, and a large drum with a length of 1.6 meters. It is a brave festival.

Wednesday, August 14th: Town parade from 8:30 to around 16:00 (no entry into the shrine)
Thursday, August 15th: Main procession: Nakamachi from 13:00, Sakaimachi from 14:00, Toyotomimachi from 15:00, each town's shrine visit from 18:30
