Firefly Festival: SuzukaCity

Fireflies are one such example of nature that is disappearing despite our rich lifestyles.
What better way to get in touch with nature on a pre-summer night than to watch fireflies as an opportunity to remember the importance of nature?
Suzuka Firefly Village is home to fireflies in an area surrounded by rivers, rice fields, and mountains, and many fireflies can be seen flying along the viewing path. This is one of the spots where you can see fireflies up close.
Fireflies dance wildly on the Yashima River in Nishi-Shonai Town, which is 5 meters wide and hundreds of meters long. You can see many Genji fireflies at Firefly Village.
Why not spend a relaxing time surrounded by the light of fireflies in a quiet village forest?

In the Nishi-Shonai area SuzukaCity, a large number of fireflies dance in the night sky every year.
These animals live naturally, and we do not release food or other food into them. If I had to say anything, I would say that farmers are refraining from using pesticides as much as possible.
Information on spots where you can see fireflies in their natural habitat.
