This is an elegant event in which the shrine's musicians perform in an ancient style, admiring the harvest moon and performing excellent tanka and haiku poems submitted from all over the country.

On the day of the event, the full moon shines in soft light and beautifully envelops the venue in a solemn atmosphere.
