Let's know the year's fortune shown by the stars and have a good year by warding off evil spirits before the first day of spring!

●11:00 a.m. - Prayer meeting for the Good Luck and Evil Star Festival at the main hall
12:00 - Shitō Goma prayer on the grounds
fire walking ritual

●(Cancelled) Bean-throwing and Mochi-throwing events to ward off evil spirits

It is said that each person's fortune corresponds to nine stars, including the Big Dipper and two other stars. According to the lunar calendar, the first day of spring, the day after February 3rd, marks the beginning of spring and the new year. The Star Festival is a festival where good stars stay as they are, and bad stars are used to ward off misfortune or exorcise demons, turning misfortune into good fortune, welcoming spring, and ensuring a safe year ahead.
