Japanese Sake "Prayer of the Divine Capital" Rice Planting Festival ~Sake rice planting experience~

Why not try making sake all year round? Experience Japanese culture by planting sake rice.

The sake "Shinto no Inori" is a 100% local sake brewed in collaboration between students from Kokugakuin University in Ise IseCity, Mie Prefecture, and the agricultural production corporation Matsuyuki Nosan, using "Kami no Ho" sake rice grown in MeiwaTown, Mie Prefecture, the birthplace of Kakechikara, and brewed by MeiwaTown sake brewery Asahi Shuzo and IseCity sake brewery Iseman using underground water from the Kushida River and Isuzu River, which irrigate the Ise Plain.

It is a sake that gives thanks for the blessings of nature and offers prayers to God.

This experience will involve planting "Kaminoho," the rice used to make sake, which is the raw material for the prayers of the sacred capital.

After observing the Rice Planting Festival performed by students from Kokugakuin University, the participants will actually enter the rice fields and plant rice.

After planting, everyone goes out into the fields and tries the delicious sake rice "Kaminoho," which is made for sake brewing.

From making rice to making sake.
Experience the culture that the Japanese have cherished since ancient times.
