Sake "Prayer of the Divine City" - Sake preparation experience - Online reservations OK
From making rice to making sake. Experience the culture that the Japanese have cherished since ancient times.
The sake ``Shinto no Prayer'' is produced in cooperation with students from Kogakkan University in IseCity, Mie Prefecture, and the agricultural production corporation Matsuyuki Nosan, and uses ``Kamiho'' sake rice grown in MeiwaTown the birthplace of Kakechikara. , 100% local sake brewed by Asahi Sake Brewery in MeiwaTown Town and Iseman IseCity using underground water from the Kushida River and Isuzu River, which are abundant in the Ise Plain. It is a sake that gives thanks for the blessings of nature and offers prayers to God.
In this experience, we will prepare sake using ``Kamiho'' sake rice, which was planted in the spring and harvested in the fall.
Freshly steamed hot sake rice is loosened by hand and cooled down, then placed in a tank and stirred with a long stick called a kaibo.
After brewing, take a relaxing break with ``Sake Manju'' and ``Warm Ise GreenTea'' made with Asahi Sake Brewery's alcohol.
From making rice to making sake.
Experience the culture that the Japanese have cherished since ancient times.
