It's like a drama! A love story from the Heian period “Narihiramatsu”

During the Heian period, Ariwara no Narihira came to Ise on a hunting mission.
The shrine is located near Oyodo Port, in memory of the legend that they exchanged songs as they regretted parting ways.
The pine tree came to be called ``Narihiramatsu.'' The pine trees we see today are already in their third generation;
The entire surrounding area is called Narihira Park.
