Kakechikara Birthplace Monument Kakechikara Hasshoukinenhi
There is a legend that a single true crane represents a rice plant with a single root and eight ears of rice, and that Yamahime no Mikoto offered it to the great IseJingu. It is said to be the birthplace of the rice bundles hung on the inner fence during the Kanname Festival, and a monument has been erected here.
