Explanatory text
The local Asaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division planned this event to revitalize the town. The entire park is decorated with elaborate handmade illuminations using about 50,000 electric lights, illuminating the surrounding area brightly and cheerfully. It can also be seen from the station platform and train windows, and is loved by local residents and commuters as a "healing light."
