Explanatory text

Sekijuku The Ise-Betsu Kaido, a road that branches off from Tokaido at Oibetsu in the east and runs south through Geino until it joins the Ise Kaido at Edobashi in Tsu. At that time, there were about 20 inns in Mukumotojuku. Even today, there are inns that display the fuda of the Sangu Kosha, or shrine fuda, of the various Sangu Kosha.
