As Yukio Mishima once said, "The most beautiful thing on Kamishima is Yatsushiro Shrine, and the other is the lighthouse," the view from here is particularly wonderful. When the white lighthouse overlaps with the rapids of the Irago Strait, the shadows of huge ships sailing on the sea, and the horizon stretching out in the distance, a moving emotion flows through you.
