Explanatory text

With over 400 years of tradition, this is the largest festival in Iga that colors the autumn of Iga Ueno. The Oni Procession and Danjiri Parade, both of which are National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Properties, are as gorgeous as a picture scroll, and will take the audience into a dream world. It is held every year from October 23rd to 25th.
