The Sangi Railway Hokusei Line is a yellow train that runs 20.4km through KuwanaCity, ToinTown, and InabeCity. It also runs on a special narrow gauge with a track width of 762mm, making it one of the few trains in Japan. Sangi Railway has been operating it since April 2003.
