The autumn leaves of Gozaisho start from the top of the mountain in mid-October and flow down to Yunoyama Onsen in late November. The autumn leaves here are a vibrant mix of light and shade, created by the Ericaceae trees. In particular, the autumn leaves seen from the gondola of GozaishoRopeway look like a colored woodblock print of an underwater coral reef.
