Explanatory text
It is located on the mountainside of the scenic spot Onigajo. At the pass surrounded by bamboo forest, stands a Jizo statue that is said to have been shot with a gun, and the view of Shichiri Mihama from the plum grove along the way can only be described as magnificent. If you go down from here, the old road becomes the gentle Hama Kaido, and you will pass Hana-no-Iwaya Izanami-no-Mikoto, Hananokura, and there is no need to cross a pass until you reach Shingu.
