This center, located at the site of the old Echigoya (Mitsui family home), was established with the aim of popularizing Matsusaka cotton, which is characterized by its stylish striped pattern called Shima-Wari and indigo dyeing. The center sells Matsusaka cotton cloth and other products. There are also six experience weaving machines, and those who wish can try weaving as "Trial Weaving Princess" or "One Day Weaving Princess."
