Built by TakatoraTodo, today all that remains are the original inner moat and stone walls, as well as the castle tower built in 1935. The three-story castle is home to weapons and armor, the Todo family's belongings, and 46 colored paper ceiling paintings by famous artists, including Yokoyama Taikan. Be sure to also see the stone walls of the inner moat, which are among the tallest in Japan.
