Explanatory text

When you visit Dainichido Hall in Takenari, you will be greeted by 469 arhat statues. Each statue has a different expression, and they are known as the "Gohyakurakan of Takenari" and are a prefectural designated historic site. The wisteria trellis is located right next to the Gohyakurakan, with branches growing from three stumps. The thickest trunk is estimated to be 100 years old.
