The Sanada clan, who were defeated in the Summer Siege of Osaka in 1614, fled to Owase and expressed their grief and anger in this song. In 1949, the first Bando Isanei, who lived in the city, choreographed the song at the request of the Owase Tourist Association. (Photo: Part of the Owase Bushi Dance)
