The iris garden, located in a section of Kameyama Park with a total area of 13.4 hectares, is home to 20,000 irises of 100 varieties, which are in full bloom from early to mid-June. Around that time, the Iris Festival is usually held, attracting many people from inside and outside the prefecture.
