Explanatory text
This group of ancient tombs is located on the right bank of the upstream Owada River, a tributary of the Nabari River, at an altitude of 200 meters and was constructed from the early to late Kofun period. In addition to the five keyhole-shaped tombs of Umazuka, Merazuka, Tonozuka, Bishamonzuka, and Kijinzuka, there is also the square-shaped Kozuka and the circular Akaizuka.
