The path lined with over 500 wild cherry trees, many of which are old and gives a sense of history, stretches for 1.5km from Ise Honkaido to the approach to Shinpuku-in Temple. It's like walking through a tunnel of cherry blossoms, and it has been designated as a nationally designated scenic spot and one of the ``100 Cherry Blossom Spots.''
