Ugakei is known for its only waterfall tour in Suzuka and Shoryu Cave. The corridor-like steep cliffs, oddly shaped rocks, and strange peaks create a natural beauty of the valley. The water from the streams and waterfalls that flow between the granite boulders is endlessly clear, cold, and delicious. Five waterfalls of various sizes are scattered throughout the valley, and they are named after their shapes and legends: Nagao Falls, Gokai Falls, Tsubame Falls, Gosho Falls, and Uodome Falls.
