Ise shrimp is the king of the dining table, with its gorgeous appearance and wonderful taste. It is an indispensable item at celebratory occasions. The sashimi is a clear pink color, sweet and melts in your mouth. The fishing season for Ise shrimp begins around October 1st and continues until the end of April. It is said that the meat is particularly firm and delicious from October to December.
