Explanatory text

It opened in February 2005 as an access port to Chubu Centrair International Airport. The high-speed ferry operates 15 round trips per day, and takes about 40 minutes to reach the opposite shore. There are restaurants and other establishments at the Baysiska next to the terminal, where you can enjoy meals while looking out at the sea. (Photo taken in autumn 2009)
