What is Nabananosato?
Nabananosato, located in Kuwana KuwanaCity, is one of the largest flower theme parks in Japan, and is located on the north side of Mie Prefecture.
Easy access, approximately 15 minutes by car from Wangan nagashima IC on the Isewangan Expressway or approximately 10 minutes from nagashima IC on the Higashi-Meihan Expressway, approximately 40 minutes by car from central Nagoya, and approximately 40 minutes from central Osaka. is approximately 2 hours away by car.

The main venue, the ``Theme Area,'' showcases illuminations of the highest quality and scale in the world, and the theme changes every year.
The theme for 2023-2024 is "Golden Pyramid," and a new illumination set in Egypt's pyramids will feature a dynamic display of vibrant, fantastic lights and sounds!

In order to fully express the beautiful scenery with its magnificent scenery and the magnificent scenery beyond imagination, it has been developed on a large scale that overwhelms everything, with three major pyramids measuring approximately 25 meters in height and approximately 155 meters in width.
To further experience its power, you can look up at the giant pyramids from the front row aisles of the theme area, allowing you to get a closer feel of their scale. Water illumination “Taiga of Light”
``Taiga of Light'' is one of the largest water illuminations in Japan, and you can enjoy the glittering sight of the water surface, which is approximately 8 meters wide and 130 meters long.
This area is based on the motif of the Kiso Three Rivers, and the lively effect that uses light to express the flow of waterfalls and rivers is breathtakingly beautiful!

200m tunnel of light “Hana Corridor”
Particularly popular among Nabananosato illuminations is the tunnel of light ``Hana Corridor''.
The total length is about 200 meters, and its beauty is such that it was selected as one of the 2013 best-selling books, ``I want to see it before I die!''
The inside of the tunnel is a space filled with overwhelming sparkle, and on rainy days, the illuminations reflected in the puddles are very magical!
On rainy days, the number of visitors to the park is relatively low, and you can enjoy the sight of reflections in puddles other than the tunnel of light.
100m tunnel of light “Hana to Hana” new!

There is another light tunnel in the park, and each year the approximately 100m long tunnel is decorated with the latest LED lights and has a different theme.
The theme for 2023-2024 is "Flowers and Flowers," and the flower relay that connects the seasons of nemophila, which dyes the whole area in refreshing blue in spring, and marigold, which colors the gorgeous orange color from summer to autumn, is blue. Plum, Weeping Plum, and Cherry Blossom Festival (late February to early March)
The ``Plum, Weeping Plum, and Cherry Blossom Festival'' is a flower event that lets you feel the arrival of spring, with plums, weeping plums, Kawazu cherry blossoms, and Somei Yoshino trees in full bloom throughout the park.
The cherry blossoms are also lit up at night, so you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing both during the day and at night.

The ``Tulip Festival'' is an event where approximately 1.8 million tulips bloom in the ``Flower Plaza'' within the park, and is the most popular annual flower event.
The sight of colorful tulips in full bloom is a sight to behold, and the scale is approximately 3.2 times the size of Nagoya Dome, making it one of the largest in Japan.
At night, the tulips are lit up in a magical light, and you can enjoy the different expressions of the tulips during the day and at night.
The best time to see them is usually from late March, and you can see them from early to mid-April, and you can sometimes see Yoshino cherry trees and tulips at the same time in early April.

Nemophila Festival (mid-April to mid-May)
The ``Nemophila Festival'' is an event where Nemophila blooms all over the flower plaza in the park, and you can see a scenery that looks like a blue carpet.
The best time to see them is usually from mid-April to late May, and you can sometimes see them together with tulips when they start blooming in early April.

Rose Festival (early May to late June, October to November)
The "Rose Festival" is an event held in the rose garden inside the Begonia Garden, where over 5,000 roses of about 900 varieties are in full bloom.
The rose garden is an area that enchants with its gorgeous fragrance and colorful scenery, and is home to both spring and autumn rose varieties.
Spring roses can be seen from early May to mid-late June, and autumn roses can be seen from October to November.
The roses will be illuminated according to their blooming status, so don't miss it!
Hydrangea and Iris Festival (late May to early July)
The ``Hydrangea and Iris Festival'' is an event where you can admire hydrangeas and irises in a tunnel of light called ``Hana Corridor''.
Approximately 300 pots of hydrangeas and irises are displayed inside the 200m-long tunnel, and can be admired at night when they are illuminated.
The tunnel illumination continues even after the illuminations end on May 31st, and can be enjoyed from late June to early July.

Firefly Festival (late May to early July)
The Firefly Festival is an event where you can admire the Genji fireflies and Heike fireflies that live in the stream within the park.
The number of fireflies that appear during the event is overwhelming, ranging from several thousand to about 10,000, and you can watch them gracefully flying around from the waterside walkway.
The fireflies appear from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, and during peak hours they are open until 10pm, so you can enjoy the view at your leisure.
You can hear the voices of insects and the babbling of the stream from the waterside walkway, so it's an event where you can also feel soothed by the sounds of nature.
Dahlia and Cosmos Festival (late September to late November)
The ``Dahlia Cosmos Festival'' is an event where 1.5 million cosmos and 8,000 dahlias bloom in the flower plaza in the park.
The cosmos that blooms fills the flower plaza, creating an overwhelmingly beautiful carpet of flowers.
We have rare varieties of dahlias, including giant-flowered ones, and you may even come across super-huge ones that exceed 40cm!
You can enjoy cosmos from late September to early November, and dahlias from early October to late November.
Autumn leaves illumination (mid-November to mid-December)
There are over 300 maple trees planted in the park, and they are at their best from early to mid-November.
It is lit up at night, and you can see the magical autumn leaves reflected in the water in the Kagami Pond area.
The signboard that says ``Kagami Pond'' is reflected in mirror letters on the water surface, which is a highlight, and it's a good chance to see it on a day with little wind!

Sato no Yu (hot spring)
Sato-no-Yu is a day-trip hot spring facility located within Nabananosato, where you can enjoy natural hot springs gushing from 1,582 meters underground.
The spring quality is a colorless and transparent hydrogen carbonate spring, and the baking soda component removes dirt and dead skin from your skin, leaving your skin smooth and smooth after bathing.
The open-air bath is surrounded by a garden, so you can soak in the hot springs in a calm Japanese atmosphere.
A complete set of bathroom amenities is provided, and face towels and bath towels can be rented free of charge, so you can drop by without bringing anything.
