使用的工具是將魚肉糜做成魚糕等膏狀物時使用的“蘸菜刀”。
因為沒有刀片,所以孩子也能放心使用。
最開始,反復進行將魚糜在菜板上拉伸幾次並揉捏的作業。

我一邊看中手老師的「動作範例」一邊嘗試著做,但是需要很大的力氣,所以做的不太好。
但漸漸地,我掌握了它的竅 門,工作開始變得有趣。
