The nutrient-rich seawater from Ise Bay and the calm waves in the bay are ideal for cultivating oysters, which can be harvested within a year, and are characterized by their soft flesh, without the characteristic odor and harshness of oysters. .
What is the season for Uramura oysters?
Uramura oysters are landed from around October every year. Uramura oysters will be available at retailers and oyster restaurants from mid-October.
The small, juicy oysters grow larger from the beginning of the year until February, when the seawater temperature drops.
When does all-you-can-eat Uramura oysters start? Until what month?
