This park uses the Honmaru and Ninomaru ruins of the Kuwana Castle ruins, and is approximately 7.2ha in area.

Nabananosato'' is a vast oasis that harmonizes with rich nature and a variety of facilities.A flower and green theme park that represents not only Mie Prefecture but also the Tokai region. You can enjoy a variety of flowers and trees throughout the four seasons.
Seasonal events are popular and can be enjoyed from spring to winter. The spring flower festival is held from March to early July. There are many types and contents, such as plums, Kawazu cherry blossoms, weeping cherry blossoms, daffodils, tulips, nemophila, roses, hydrangeas, and irises.

The garden area is 8,000 tsubo. There is a garden in one part of Moroto Seibun's premises, and this garden uses pond water to add a touch of beauty to the landscape. In addition, there is Gosei Shoin and Suishotei. In principle, it is closed to the public, but it is open to the public, and you can enjoy the irises and wisteria in the spring and the autumn leaves in the fall.
The building is a nationally important cultural property, and the garden is designated as a national scenic spot.

Mt. Tado is located at the southernmost tip of the Yoro Mountains, and there is Tado Sanjo Park, which is rich in nature and located at the top of the mountain. There are hiking trails around Mt. Tado that are visited by many hikers.

A bronze statue of Honda Tadakatsu stands on a grassy field built on the ruins of Kuwana Castle's Sannomaru. Tadakatsu was counted as one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tokugawa and became the lord of Kuwana Castle in 1601, and carried out a major remodeling of the town known as the ``Keicho Town Distribution.''

This park was created to commemorate the 30th anniversary of ToinTown 's establishment as a town in order to pass on the famous Kabuki actor Koshiro Matsumoto to future generations. Inside the park, you can feel the spirit of Kabuki, with a statue of Benkei commemorating Koshirojo's famous role as Benkei, and an art wall with Kabuki scenes as motifs.
