You can also enjoy dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, such as melt-in-the-mouth Iga beef in a variety of variations. Be sure to try the ``Ninjutsu Nabe'' that can only be eaten here. This traditional dish was inspired by the Iga ninja's use to stay warm and nourished during breaks in their training. This is a famous hot pot that uses a wide variety of ingredients and several types of sauces to create a ninjutsu-like transformation in your mouth.

It is also the ``Iga Machikado Museum,'' where you can see carved tiles, Wajima lacquerware, and Kutani ware fixtures. You can also use it for meals only. Please enjoy dishes made with Iga carp raised in the pond in the courtyard, as well as home-grown Iga rice and vegetables.
