Nankai Observation Park (Nankai Observation Deck)
Located approximately 150 meters above sea level, this observation deck offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the horizon and the intricate Gokasho Bay.
You can also see the beautiful curves of Aiga Niwa Beach and Oike, a seaside lake that is rare in Japan.
In particular, this scenery has become a hot topic as it looks like Amanohashidate, one of the three most scenic views in Japan.
There is also a promenade around the area, where you can take a walk and enjoy beautiful seasonal plants such as gardenias and Yoshino cherry trees. The walk to the observatory while listening to the chirping of birds and the sound of waves is a time where you can enjoy nature to the fullest.
It is also a popular spot for stargazing at night with little light. You can enjoy the starry sky.
The statue on the observatory overlooking the distant horizon has become the observatory's icon.

Get off at Kintetsu Shima-Isobe Station, take the Mie Kotsu Bus Ise Gokasho Line (towards Gokasho) from Isobe Bus Center ⇒ Transfer at Gokasho and take the MinamiiseTown Bus Nankai Line (towards Aiga) ⇒ Get off at Rekiguchi and walk for about 30 minutes
