This is a recommended restaurant when you're feeling a little hungry after walking around, or when you're feeling a bit unsatisfied after eating out.
The rich soup is a double soup made with 100% beef bones from Matsusaka beef, a specialty product that took four days to prepare, and Japanese-style soup stock. Although it is light and refreshing, it leaves a strong aftertaste.
The noodles are ``multihydrous vacuum noodles'' that fully bring out the goodness of wheat. By using several times the amount of water that would normally be used to make noodles and kneading them in a vacuum, we are able to create noodles with a well-balanced texture, shine, and taste.
The ingredients that add flavor without interfering with the taste of the soup and noodles are bean sprouts, green onions, and Konishiko's special, rare-textured chashu pork. It's a carefully crafted char siu that takes a week to marinate, grill, and cool to develop its flavor.
You can eat it every day and never get tired of it, and it has a somewhat nostalgic taste that goes well with the traditional Japanese townscape.

Get off at Kintetsu "Ujiyamada Station" and take the bus bound for Naiku for about 20 minutes, then get off at "Jingu Kaikan-mae" and walk for 2 minutes.

Exit the Ise Expressway at Ise IC and go straight on National Route 23 toward Naiku for about 5 minutes.
