Mie Prefectural Cultural Center/Mie Prefectural Cultural Hall Miekensogoubunka Center/Miekenbunkakaikan
It is a cultural complex that includes a cultural hall, a lifelong learning center, a gender equality center called Frente Mie, a prefectural library, and the Open University of Japan's Mie Study Center.
Concerts, events, etc. are held from time to time in the four halls within the Cultural Center.

■Only the prefectural library is closed at the end of every month and during special reorganization periods.
25 minutes walk from the west exit of Kintetsu/JR/Ise Railway Tsu Station, 5 minutes by Mie Kotsu bus and get off at Sogo Bunka Center-mae stop.
Approximately 15 minutes from Ise Expressway Geino Interchange via Nakase Bypass, approximately 10 minutes from Tsu Interchange
