Aged meat, seafood, wood-grilled restaurant

Gourmet restaurant at Yunoyama Sosuikyo

Treasure-like ingredients and a glowing fire
A luxurious moment to enjoy with all five senses

HINOMORI offers dishes using open flames such as wood and charcoal. Seafood is enveloped in the elegant aroma of the moment the flame goes out and turns into a smoldering flame, or high-quality aged beef is slowly roasted in chunks. Enjoy the delicacy and exuberance of the taste created by the flames in our courses. The cooking supervisor is Ryuji Teshima, a chef active in France. The ingenuity of an inquisitive chef sheds new light on local ingredients.

Even more delicious beef from carefully selected production areas

Beef that looks like a craft that has been carefully fattened and
The meat is matured to determine the characteristics of the red meat, which has a strong umami flavor. Served with optimal pasteurization.

The power of fire achieved through the ultimate in materials

Cook over a wood or charcoal fire that slowly heats the ingredients from the core.
The unique aroma and texture is due to the power of natural fire and heat.

A course featuring seafood, mountains and seafood from the peninsula.

From Ise Bay, known for its Ise lobsters and abalone, and the highest quality Wagyu beef production area,
We offer courses with treasure-like ingredients delivered by local producers.
