The castle was built by Seki Saneharu's fifth son, Masazane, in 1367, and the 6th generation lived here.
Masazane, calling himself the Mine clan, built a castle on a natural stronghold across a valley to the northeast of the Mori village of Kawasaki Village (present-day Mori, Kawasaki Town).
The castle area is 135 meters from east to west and 72 meters from north to south, and there are remains of the castle tower to the southeast of the main keep.
Founding date: Muromachi period
