The goshuin stamps available only in August are designed with motifs such as cute yo-yos, shaved ice, and the seasonal flower crape myrtles.

Some people may return home to pray in the hot August months, but as proof of your summer visit, you should receive a goshuin stamp with a summer design. Don't forget to stay hydrated when visiting!

The limited-edition goshuin for August is the goshuin of the beautiful pale pink summer flower ``crape myrtle'' and the ``Whimsical Cat and IshidoriFestival Festival,'' which features an adorable cat looking up at the `` IshidoriFestival,'' which is said to be the most noisy festival in Japan.

In August, there will be limited goshuin stamps with images of the sea, water balloons, and shaved ice (watermelon) that evoke the image of midsummer. The design also includes the word ``Natsumode,'' which means visiting a shrine in the summer, making it a very summery design.
In addition, the goshuin stamps are gorgeously colored using Ise Katagami, a traditional intangible cultural property of SuzukaCity.
The birthday pilgrimage stamp, exclusive to those born in August, is a rabbit holding a blue flower cart.

The August-only goshuin is designed with a poem written by Nyojo Zenji, the master of Dogen Zenji, who founded the Soto sect of Zen Buddhism: ``No matter what wind blows, the wind chime continues to play a pure and beautiful tone.''A refreshing goshuin with wind chimes, blue skies, and white clouds.
There is also a special Yakushi-sama goshuin stamp designed after a Heian period princess named Misao Mononobe.
