Kuwana IshidoriFestival is an early summer festival representing KuwanaCity City, Mie Prefecture. It is said to be ``the world's strangest festival'' and ``Japan's most noisy festival,'' as approximately 40 festival cars parade around while banging gongs and drums.

The Kuwana IshidoriFestival is the largest festival KuwanaCity, located in the Hokusei district of Mie Prefecture. The total number of festival floats (Saisha, so-called floats) is 43 (40 floats participate in the festival), making it the largest festival in Japan to bring together so many floats at a single shrine and ritual. is extremely rare.
