"AkafukuIce" can only be eaten at certain Akafukumochi stores.
"Akafukumochi", known nationwide for Ise's specialty "Akafukumochi Mochi", starts offering "AkafukuIce" for a limited time in the summer just before Golden Week every year.
This shaved ice is topped with plenty of flavorful matcha honey, which is made by combining special honey with matcha powder.
As you continue to eat, white mochi and bean paste appear from inside.
In fact, this is made exclusively for AkafukuIce so that it does not harden even in ice and the flavor does not become cloudy.
