Overview of “Ninpo Akame Pudding”
The origin of "Ninpo Akame Pudding" originally began when Tomoya Kawasaki (25), a member of the NabariCity Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team in Mie Prefecture, and another person were planning to open a cafe at this location.
Meanwhile, the pastry chef at Shorenji's cafe ``ARCH SHORENJI'' has decided to retire.
The owner was thinking of moving the shop to Akame.
The owner and Mr. Kawasaki's timing coincided, and they decided to jointly manage the business.
The store's name is a unique combination of the tourist spot `` TheAkame48Falls,'' which is connected to the Iga ninja, and its signature product, pudding.
The shop's logo of a ninja riding a giant salamander that lives in the valley is cutely drawn on the curtains and product containers.
The store specializes in takeout, but there is an eat-in space available.
When you purchase a product, you can eat in with self-service.
There are 14 seats at the counter and 12 seats at 4 tables.
From the counter seats, you can enjoy the view of the river while listening to the sound of the river.

The top is blueberry pulp from Yamazoe village, sauce, and milk espuma cream.
When I tried it, the ice shavings and sauce were of the same quality as "ARCH SHORENJI".
The size is small because it is a take-out restaurant, but the prices are cheaper than regular cafes.
mango shaved ice
The top is mango pulp and mango espuma cream.
The ice is topped with a mildly sweet mango sauce.
There was also aloe pulp inside.

The red shiso from Nabari has a bright color and a refreshing taste.
