What is Yakatabune Okita?
Yakatabune Okita is the only houseboat in Mie Prefecture. There are many repeat visitors from outside the prefecture because they can experience fresh seafood and Toba Bay cruising all at once. This time, four generations, from 2 years old to people in their 80s, experienced Toba's houseboat for the first time!
There is a large tatami room on the ship, and the children seem to have a lot of fun. When you think of a houseboat, you might think of a party at night, but the houseboat Okita is mainly served during the day! It's great for families, and it's really nice when the weather is nice.

What about access/parking?
The pier for the houseboat Okita is at the back of Sadahama Parking Lot 3. 7 minutes walk from Toba Station.
If you are coming by car, please take the Toba Futami Line from Ise Expressway Ise IC and head towards Toba Marine Terminal.
(Please note that the pier is not Toba Marine Terminal.)
Parking is free for less than 1 hour. 500 yen for up to 2 hours. After that, 300 yen will be charged for each hour up to 5 hours.
