I went to check on it a while ago.
At this time, it has only been blooming for about 1 to 2 minutes. (As of October 1, 2023)
(Added on October 10, 2023) Due to the rainy weekend, there are only 3 minutes of blooming overall.
ToinTown 's cosmos crops are grown every year by renting private fields (*), which are plowed and mowed by the Toin ToinTown ToinTown Hall, and by Sigma Farm Toin. It is managed by scattering.

What is ToinTown 's cropped field?
A rice field in which different crops are grown periodically, rather than a specific crop being cultivated continuously.
Originally, wheat and soybeans were grown in this place, but this year they are carefully growing cosmos instead of wheat and soybeans!

When is the best time to see them?
This year, the best time to see them is from mid-October to late October.
When it is in full bloom, it becomes a spectacular view that looks like a spread out pink carpet!
This year's cosmos colors are pink, dark red, and white.
On a clear day, you can enjoy the collaboration of the Suzuka Mountains and cosmos.

Events with cosmos ♪
October 15th (Sunday) ToinTown Commerce and Industry will hold an event to coincide with the cosmos blooming season. "Commerce and Industry Festival" 18 organizations will participate: 4 cities and towns in Mie Prefecture, 12 cities and towns in Gifu Prefecture, and 2 railway companies. “Nishimino/Kitaise Tourism Summit” will be held at the same time!
The location is ToinTown Park in front of the cosmos fields.
There will also be a ``big raffle'' where you can win luxurious prizes, a stage show, and a bazaar with exhibitions, on-sale items, and special products.

Requests and notes
- Cosmos fields are located along the road.
Before crossing the road, be sure to check that it is safe before crossing.
Please be especially careful with small children, such as holding hands when crossing. - Be careful not to step on the cosmos when entering.
If it gets damaged, it won't last long. - Flying and photographing drones is strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from parking on the street as it will be a nuisance to neighboring facilities and residents.
- Please do not park at LA/PITA Toin Stadium.
