This time, my family and I made our long-awaited family camping debut at Shima Auto Campsite in Shima ShimaCity! However, suddenly sleeping in a tent can be a difficult hurdle for camping beginners, and especially for those with children. The camping house is equipped with toilets, showers, washrooms, refrigerators, and air conditioners, so you can stay comfortably in all seasons. The approximately 3 tatami sleeping space was equipped with two thick inflator mats, and our family of four was able to sleep side by side using sleeping bags (rental available). The outdoor deck terrace has a kitchen and table. For those who don't have the camping gear yet but would like to experience camping casually, or those who have small children who would like to sleep in a comfortable, air-conditioned place! It is also recommended for family camping.

Shima Auto Campsite has a large lawn, so you can enjoy catching bugs and playing with the playground equipment. You can also go to Azurihama Beach in 2-3 minutes on foot, so you can enjoy swimming and fishing.

We have a wide range of rental equipment, so even those who don't have a set of camping gear can easily enjoy camping. It's a good idea to try it out and find the camping gear that suits you ♪ Even if you forget something, don't worry, the administration building has plenty of rentals and sales of camping essentials. I was also impressed by how clean the inside of the facility was! There are shower rooms, Goemon baths, washing machines, microwave ovens, etc.They say, ``Enjoying the inconvenience is the best part of camping,'' but I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay, and I was looking for comfort when traveling with children. It was the best facility for me!
