Local gourmet food gathers in Yokkaichi City, YokkaichiCity! Tokai/Hokuriku B-1 Grand Prix will be held on Saturday, November 18th and 19th!

After being postponed for three years due to the coronavirus, the Tokai-Hokuriku B-1 Grand Prix in Yokkaichi will be held on Saturday, November 18th and Sunday, November 19th, 2023!

A total of 20 organizations will be exhibiting local gourmet foods from the Tokai and Hokuriku areas as well as items that have won grand prizes in the past! In addition to local gourmet food, there is plenty to see, including various local PR activities of exhibiting organizations and related events!

Yokkaichi Tonteki(PorkSteak)

A dish full of stamina and volume, made with thick pork and garlic mixed with sauce and served with shredded cabbage. This is a local gourmet food in YokkaichiCity.

These are deep-fried dumplings wrapped in a large skin measuring 15 cm in diameter, and are a local delicacy that originated as a school lunch in TsuCity, Mie Prefecture.
