A rose grower who works as a rose stylist. All over the country In addition to supervising many famous gardens, he is also active in promoting easy-to-understand cultivation methods and the appeal of roses, even to beginners.
Regular seminars are held at the FFC Pavilion of Akatsuka Botanical Garden Co.,Ltd.,andon-site seminars are also held at RedHilForestofHisa.

The best time to see roses this fall is expected to be from late October to mid-November.

The rose garden can be enjoyed twice a year, in spring and fall, and there are varieties that bloom in different ways and colors depending on the season...!
The spring roses that bloom all at once and decorate the arches are attractive, but the scent and colors are even more intense in the fall!
(I visit them every year, and I was surprised that I could enjoy the scent even when I was wearing a mask.)
Also, in autumn, the start of flowering varies depending on the variety, so you can enjoy it for a long time.

One of the attractions is that about 6 staff members are always carefully caring for the roses, and you can enjoy beautiful roses no matter when you visit!
The roses are pruned low in the winter so that you can easily see their faces and enjoy their fragrance more fully, and the branches that tend to grow upwards are spread out and stopped with special supports, making the roses bloom more beautifully. I guess you can enjoy it...!
[What varieties do you recommend? ]
Azur, located in the Potager area, can be enjoyed with its distinctive flower shape and strong scent.
The `` Barista'' blooming around the white fountain in the French Rose Corner has a wonderful contrast of bright flower colors ♪
My favorite is Edouard Manet in the French Rose area.
This rose has an unusual color and is named after a French painter.

Around late October, the butterfly Asagi Madara migrates to the Fujibakama blooming at Kokoro-an, which is right next to the Rose Garden.
Last year, other rare species of butterflies arrived and were flying around happily.
Also, it seems that the yellow pine tree that blooms in the depths of the forest also attracts swarms of butterflies.
* Flight conditions change depending on temperature and wind speed, so if you're lucky, you might be able to see them♪
Last year, we were able to see a fluffy flying cobia in the Redwood Forest, so if your timing is right while walking in the forest, you might be able to meet one!

Next to the rose garden, there is also a metasequoia that turns beautiful in color around November.
I will never forget the excitement I felt when I saw Metasequoia shining golden in the sunlight from outside the fence where entry was prohibited...!

You can see brightly colored autumn leaves at Kokoro-an and Momiji Valley, and at Mizumatsu no Namiki you can see rare autumn leaves where the tops of the leaves turn green and the bottoms turn brown◎
There is also a cute bear ornament on the road leading from the row of Mizumatsu trees to Momiji Valley...!
