Using authentic Finnish equipment! What is “VISON sauna”?
VISON Sauna is produced by Sauna Town, which produces saunas for large-scale sauna events and festivals in Shimokitazawa, and produces the equipment, water bath planning, and medicinal herbs.
We use a tent from Finland, the home of saunas, and a sauna stove (see second image), allowing you to experience a deep warming experience with steam.
For firewood, thinned hardwood from local Mie Prefecture is used. We create a space that can be enjoyed with all five senses, including the flickering of the flames, the crackling sound of the flames, and the scent of firewood.

This dish is a reproduction of the curry that Master Kasahara, a true sauna expert who has a habit of taking a hot sauna every day, once had at Tsukiji. This is an authentic Japanese curry made with bonito and kelp stock that is unique to Japanese cuisine, and the only ingredients are chicken and onions. Adding shredded cabbage and rakkyo is a perfect recreation of the curry you remember.
I tried it, and the roux was just the right amount of spicy and easy for kids to eat, and the chicken was so soft that I could chew it without using my teeth. The taste of the Japanese-style soup stock that slightly lingers in your mouth was exceptional!
