Introducing the collaboration menu limited to “TakiTown Fair”

In this chapter, we will introduce the collaboration menu limited to “TakiTown Fair”! On the first day of the fair, we attended a preview for the press, and we also had a special opportunity to taste the products. Although it is simple, we will deliver food lipo. Please slide to see photos of each menu.

🥔 (1st photo) “Taki Gozen” (Kasaan pros and cons)
Ise potato tempura and grated yam are exquisite! I tried the Ise-imo grated yam, and it had a firm consistency and a refreshing taste that went well with rice.

🟠 (2nd photo) “Fresh fish from Mie prefecture, persimmon pacho” (NOUNIYELL)
The combination of Mie prefecture fresh fish and Jiro persimmon brought out the deliciousness of each other.

🟠(3rd photo) “Jiro persimmon salad ~Balsamic dressing~” (Casa Urola)
The combination of Jiro persimmon, cream cheese, and prosciutto is exquisite. The accent walnuts also make a great complement.

🟠 (4th photo) “Sardine salad ~Jiro persimmon dressing~” (Zazpi)
The combination of the subtle sweetness of the Jiro persimmon and the sardines is exquisite, and you'll be able to gobble it up.

🟠 (5th photo on the right) “Jiro Persimmon Rare Cheese Mont Blanc” (Confiture Ash)
Jiro persimmons and rare cheese go great together! It's creamy on the outside and crunchy on the inside.

🟠 (5th photo left) “Jiro persimmon and walnut cheese honey” (Mariage de Farine)
The sweetness of Jiro persimmons spreads as soon as you put it in your mouth, and it might even be delicious to eat grilled!
